Therapy for analytical and creative minds.
Person-centred counselling and psychotherapy, in English and Spanish, for adults in Brighton & Hove and online throughout the UK.
A safe, thoughtful space where you can be yourself and explore what matters to you.
About me
I am a UKCP-registered counsellor and psychotherapist with an MSc in Person-Centred Psychotherapy from the Metanoia Institute. Working in Brighton & Hove and online, my practice is built on a simple foundation: you deserve a safe, non-judgmental space where you can let your guard down, drop the pressure to conform, and be truly understood.
I offer individual therapy for adults in English and Spanish, and many of the clients I work with are in creative or tech industries, and many identify as neurodivergent. I specialise in offering an adaptable, affirming, and mindful space that respects the unique way your mind works and the distinct path you are on.
A collaborative approach
No two people experience life, anxiety, depression, grief or trauma in the exact same way. Whatever you are carrying, whether you are working through relationship or attachment difficulties, navigating a major life transition, managing a busy mind, or simply feeling disconnected, you deserve to be heard on your own terms.
As a person-centred therapist, I don’t offer one-size-fits-all solutions. Instead, I provide a collaborative, respectful space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings safely, without judgment, at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
I work with clients navigating many different challenges, including:
Anxiety & overwhelm
Burnout & perfectionism
Depression & low mood
Phobias & intrusive thoughts
Relationship & attachment difficulties
Childhood trauma
Oncology & illness support

Sessions are 50 minutes and cost £60. I offer a free 15-minute video consultation so we can meet, see how it feels to talk with one another, and explore whether working together might feel right for you.

I offer therapy online via Google Meet and in person at New Road Psychotherapy, with rooms in Brighton and Hove.

I usually work with clients weekly, as regular sessions can provide continuity and space for the therapeutic relationship to develop. There isn't a set number of sessions: some people come for a relatively short period of focused work, while others find longer-term therapy more helpful. We'll regularly reflect together on how the therapy is working for you and what you need.
-
The first session is an opportunity for us to begin getting to know one another and for you to talk about what has brought you to therapy. There is no expectation that you will arrive knowing exactly what you need or where to begin. We'll explore what feels important to you and start to think together about whether therapy might be helpful.
Before your first therapy session, I offer a free 15-minute video consultation so we can briefly meet, talk about what you're looking for and see how it feels to speak with one another.

You don't need to be in crisis or have a particular diagnosis to come to therapy. You might be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, anxious or exhausted, or simply want to understand yourself better.
It can also be difficult to know whether therapy will feel right for you, and that's something we can explore together. The free initial consultation gives us an opportunity to meet and for you to get a sense of what it might be like to work with me, without committing to ongoing therapy.

If you'd like to get a sense of what it might be like to work with me, you can book a free 15-minute video consultation. There's no obligation to continue with therapy afterwards.
